Helena designs and runs global leadership programmes to deliver powerful learning and meaningful change in an organisation. An example of a current project is an ‘accelerator’ programme for 100 young high potential managers in a global consulting firm. In this work, she balances a range of roles including relationship management as well as teaching sessions on strategic thinking, change and leadership and personal effectiveness. She is committed to her own learning and growth — personally and professionally — and always seeks to bring the best of that to her clients. Helena also works as a coach and is fiercely committed to straight talking and candour as well as compassion and support.

The foundation of Michael’s work is to facilitate and enable the right behaviors – leadership and functional - in order to help individuals and organizations be the best they can be.
Michael has significant experience with local, single-function change initiatives, as well as large transformation initiatives within global organizations across multiple regions, management levels and functions – but it all cases, the goal is to help talented individuals make the necessary behavioural changes in order to achieve new and challenging business objectives.
As such, he is comfortable and adept at playing multiple roles - strategic business advisor, experiential workshop facilitator and individual coach - in order to achieve critical strategic alignment and business impact and to provide the necessary personal support to achieve the requisite behavioural changes among the key stakeholders.
