Humour
My job title is jazzy, as am I. The role itself is a combination of digital marketing, social media management, content production and project management. In line with personal and professional interests, I research behavioural science and positive psychology, folding both into everything I do.
"People want to work with me, and that makes me ask why. I believe this to be because my humour, creativity and curiosity makes work feel less like work. A balance struck between detailed methodology, providing structure and process, complemented with an open mind, active listening and imagination.
Where others shy away from public speaking, I can be relied upon to confidently communicate the message of the team or organisation in way that is clear and consumable."
