Copying and pasting your username and password resolves most log in issues.

If you have logged in before, please check the menu above to confirm you still need to log in.

• If the link states Log-out, you are logged in, and can access any link above
• If the link states Log-in, you will need to enter your log-in details again.

If you have more than one set of log-in details – you are providing stories for more than one person or you are a participant AND providing feedback for others – to navigate between assessments you must completely log out of the system and then log back in.

Please remember to log out when you have finished. Closing your browser window will not automatically log you out of the system.
